1. Who this covers

This website and Traffic OS are operated by Enrique Rubio, an individual based in Spain. There is no registered company behind either. These terms apply to anyone who visits this website.

2. This is an informational personal website

This website is a personal site and public disclosure/reviewer surface. It does not sell anything, does not process payments, and does not create an account for visitors.

3. Traffic OS is an internal, private application

Traffic OS is described on this site for transparency and compliance purposes only. It is not a public product: there is no public sign-up, no customer accounts, and no service level offered to third parties. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to provide Traffic OS access to the public.

4. No public account or customer access

Because Traffic OS has no public accounts, these terms do not cover "customer" use of Traffic OS — there is none. If that changes in the future, these terms and the Traffic OS pagewill be updated before any public access is offered.

5. Content and intellectual property

The text, design, and code of this website belong to Enrique Rubiounless otherwise noted. Third-party marks referenced on this site (including YouTube and Google marks) belong to their respective owners and are used only under the applicable brand guidelines and for accurate, non-misleading description — not to imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship.

6. Limitation of availability

This website and Traffic OS are provided on an as-available basis, without guarantees of uptime, and may change or be taken down without notice. Traffic OS in particular is an internal tool that may be modified at any time to fit the operator's own needs.

7. YouTube API Services

Where Traffic OS uses YouTube API Services, that use — and any channel access authorized to it — is additionally subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. See the Privacy Policy for how related data is handled.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

This website and its contents are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
